Hello, knock, knock, knock is anyone home?
Obviously, no one in Tigard is home. The lights are out and no one is there.
It is muggy, it is alternately overcast and hot and generally miserable. Surprise! This is the best weather Tigard will produce this year. It is all downhill and misery from here on out.
Aren't you glad you do not live in Tigard?
