Skate and Annoy Tigard Skateboard Park for Whom?

What is the point of this very expensive amusement park for a very tiny segment of the population? Did they bother to put a roof on it because it rains pretty much every single month in Tigard.

Tigard, Oregon cannot be bothered to fix traffic congestion or do any kind of a decent job with MAIN STREET but it will waste money on frivolous amusements for a tiny segment of the population. This will serve a handful of Tigard residents and property tax payers but it does draw freeloaders from around the area.

This is typical Tigard, Oregon city lack-of-planning-and-rationality disaster.
